Was Thomas Quinn at Friendly's a mag?
Our waitress was quick. At the table in 30 seconds. Brought water for everyone. Had drinks out in under 5 minutes. Took the order. All various sundaes. They were all amazing. Had our check ready. I had my first visit to this charming and clean restaurant, and I enjoyed the food!
I've ordered online from this restaurant twice now, and both times I've encountered issues. When I arrive, only half of my order is ready, and I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the rest. By the time I get home, the fries are cold for half of the meals. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff complaining about various things, and I even saw one of the cooks vaping over the burgers. On one occasion, I was mistakenly given a DoorDash order after stating my name, and I didn't realize it until I got home and opened it. I've attempted to call several times to resolve these issues, but the phone just keeps ringing until the message says the mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. The automated email response I've received is just a generic apology, indicating they don’t seem to care much about customer feedback.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent—everything from the burger and salad to the clam chowder was delicious. There were plenty of dessert options, and the sundaes were particularly fantastic. The atmosphere was inviting as well.
