We often find ourselves returning to Taco Libre. The tacos are absolutely delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is great. Plus, unlike other food trucks in the food court, they have consistent hours, so the chances of finding them open when you're craving a taco are quite high. I've tried all their taco varieties, and they're all excellent; however, my top pick is the pastor, closely followed by barbacoa. They also offer three different salsas, each with its own unique flavor profile. There's a dark green tomatillo-based salsa that’s tasty but relatively mild, a lighter green creamy salsa that packs quite a bit of heat, and a brick-red New Mexican-style salsa that hits a sweet spot between the two in terms of spice. The red salsa is my favorite, but I enjoy all of them. You should definitely give these guys a try!
These are the best tacos I’ve ever tasted! I’ve tried all three flavors—steak, chicken, and al pastor—and each one is absolutely delicious. I only wish they had burritos on the menu too!
