Have discovered this café via social media and wanted to try it out immediately. There should be the best Brussels waffles in Ghent, so we dared try. We had the classic waffle with whipped cream. Unfortunately, the waffle didn't taste us, because the dough was still a bit soy and the taste was a bit strict. Also a tick too salty for our taste. This restaurant tea-room is in the middle of the city an oasis of delicious dishes, the waffles and beignets are still baked to the prescriptions of the famous Max-Consael family that have been harvested at all the ages of five. Yesterday with six people who ate waffles at max, we had to wait until the table was released from six. No problem. 15 minutes later, we heard about another person.
