Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, flavor, and service of our meal. We have always enjoyed their salad bar, but this time we chose to skip it. The side dishes were generously portioned, and my steak and ribs combo was absolutely delicious! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
I really like Ruby Tuesday, especially their tasty dishes and salads. However, I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it came out overcooked and incredibly tough. Worse still, I ended up needing the bathroom less than 15 minutes after eating. Sadly, I won’t be returning and will have to look elsewhere for salads. View all feedback.

I found out that they have new specials every Thursday, and during #tbt, you can buy one full-price entree and get another for just $2. So we decided to try the steaks! The service was fantastic, and the food was truly delicious. However, this Ruby Tuesday has a very strong greasy smell lingering throughout the restaurant.
While the staff did take the time to address some of my concerns, I still felt that this restaurant does not place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. They mentioned they would make improvements, but it seems like they either don’t value feedback from customers like me or simply don't see me as a priority. To be fair, it wasn’t even a particularly busy time when I visited. As a result, I’ve lowered my Google rating to 1 star, and I will not be returning to any Ruby Tuesday locations in the future.
I was traveling from out of state and had my daughter and granddaughter with me. Met up with a friend at this location. I ordered the parmesan shrimp that came out full of old bay seasoning. I didn't complain because I actually like the seasoning. However, some of the shrimp was raw. Sent the food back because of it. The waitress proceeds to yell to the cook not chef thatI said the shrimp was raw which it was and rudely asked if I wanted something else. No thank you! Ended up with stomach acheafter that. The only good thing about this place was the manager. He assisted us with the car seat and provided the boosterseat to get my grand comfortable. She was a waste of energy.
Visit for the salad bar; it's rare to find such offerings these days. The menu options are pretty average. I really wish Ruby Tuesday's management would improve their staff and overall organization. During my last two visits, the service was lacking. In fact, one customer walked out today because of the poor service, even though there were only a few patrons there. Our plates weren't cleared from the table despite having the salad bar. It's disappointing to see some locations in such decline. The men's restroom was extremely unclean. Additionally, the prices are a bit steep. On a positive note, the croutons are the best I've ever had!
