I usually never have a bad experience with java 18. They have good coffee and plenty of options. Unfortunately, the service my husband received on Friday was not acceptable. After drinking his coffee he ordered through drive thru, he immediately felt something other than coffee in his mouth. I typically never have a bad experience at Java 18. They offer great coffee and a wide range of options. Unfortunately, the service my partner received on Friday was unacceptable. After he finished his coffee ordered through the drive-thru, he immediately noticed something unpleasant in his drink. He was quite put off, but he understood that accidents can happen. He returned the coffee to explain what he had found, but the staff member refused to acknowledge the mistake and would not take responsibility. Instead, she responded rudely, asking him what he wanted at that moment.
