At the heart of the dining experience at this restaurant lies a mix of highs and lows. While some patrons delighted in the flavorful breakfast offerings and friendly service, others faced significant disappointments. Issues such as subpar coffee, small meal sizes, and rude staff interactions marred the experience for many. Some guests praised the drive-thru efficiency, while others endured lengthy waits and technical mishaps. Stopped here for a quick bite. I ordered a Superstar regular meal. Got what I ordered but was charged for a medium sized meal. I got robbed by Hardee's. Just another reason why I hate eating at fast food joints. Wasn't my first choice for sure but I didn't have 30 minutes to wait for a table. I think next time I'll wait.
We pulled up to order at the drive-thru and instead of being welcomed or asked to wait, we were greeted by profanity through the intercom. The employee had not turned off their microphone and were having a VERY loud personal conversation. We then heard them interact with another customer, then in a distinctly quiet voice we heard “what can I get you”. I asked if they were talking to me, because I had been trying to get their attention for about 10 minutes. The employee simply said “yes”. We ordered our food then waited another 30 minutes before our food was ready at the window. The employee at the window was extremely rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Overall, we will NEVER be returning to this location and I would recommend that no one else waste their time here either.
They have the best burgers because they are real Angus beef. No other fast food place has real burgers as good as Hardee's. The chicken sandwiches and hot ham n cheese sandwiches awesome, too. They always give you your money's worth, especially if youfill out the surveys on the receipts and use them to get a huge discount on a second sandwich of any type. This is certainly oneof my favorite fast food restaurants.
Food taste awful and dry, service was terribly. The lady there was very miserable and it showed, and what atmosphere. The place is dead and the 2 workers there acted like they didn't want to be there
