We've been there today. the friendly and attentive staff and the presentation-violation of the dishes, excellent as a person who goes in wheelchair, find a public place where you can go from the street to the table, without disturbing anyone, nor removing chairs or tables is thanking. adapted wc included. we recommend it my wife, my cousin and I. Fusta is an amazing little restaurant located in the center of gandia. I went around 8.30 clock (especially for Spain) when one or two tables were occupied. when I left, it was full. there was no printed menu, just a table that said. what was available, thought this did not include everything he offered waiter. the personal spoke no English and I speak no more than a few words spanish, but thanks to the knowledge of other Romanesque languages I could understand what was fish, pigeon or sweet and as a result had some excellent tapas and a few glasses very good red wine. the tapas were exquisite. I guess that's not an everyday Spanish food. the atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. and it was cheap! highly recommended!
