Its a great place to shop for a small town like Gallup NMI been here my whole life and our mall has always been a place to go and shop and eatI give Rio West Mall a 9 View all feedback.

OK after a few years!! The RioWest Mall is an ok place to vistit,BUT!!! the parking lot pot holes are a big disappointment and a threat to my vehicles suspension!! I 've seen just cones diverting around pot holes and they are growing!! With no fix to it ever!!...so RWM just dropped to a ONE!!!...one more point, the whole town of Gallup is in shambles with dotted pot holes on every street! And NO THANX TO THE MAYOR OF... The security measures at this establishment need to be reassessed. Is hiring discriminatory or reckless individuals a standard practice here? If trespassing is an issue, it might be time to explore safer alternatives for the safety of everyone involved.
We’ve been stuck here for three weeks between Arizona and New Mexico, and no one has offered us any help. We’re a family of three adults, including a 23-year-old who is autistic.
I hadn't been to the mall in years since I used to work there, so I was taken aback by how dirty and unkempt the food court tables were. They seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned since my days at the candy corner, which was over 30 years ago. Seriously, maintenance, don't you notice how filthy it is under the tables and on the floor?
It's not the same with out One of A Kind Pizza and Tilt.. But still a good place to shop.. Lol..
