The owner operator was at the counter as we entered and was not only prompt and polite, but also courteous, patient and pleasantly aired. He shared the shops story as they worked through economically challenging times and kept the shop afloat.The shop itself was immaculately together (in both seating and cleanliness) with plenty of variable seating offered. What Mountain Mama doesn't like about Startbien:
The speciality coffees are really good and the prices are nice. But once I had ordered a basic latte and it tasted like absolute trash (then spoke to others who had the same experience). There’s zero food selection. The ambiance is that of a 1990’s office waiting room. I’d love to see them fix those things, but in the meantime will only order an Azteca which is worth it.
