This Wytheville Bojangles delivers familiar, often tasty fast-food classics with convenient parking and reliable packaging, but customers report growing concerns: frequent order errors and missing items (biscuits, utensils, straws), occasional dry biscuits, and troubling cleanliness issues — dirty floors, tables and restrooms. Loyal regulars appreciate the location and quick service, yet rising prices and repeated mistakes are driving some patrons to look elsewhere unless operations and hygiene improve.
They constantly "forget" parts of your order! this time NO bo rounds with the Combo order.
The biscuits were on the dry side when it came to gravy, but overall they were still good. Everything was well-packaged, and my entire order arrived as expected, although I was missing the straws.
Everything in the box was neat and well-organized, and the food was absolutely delicious. They even included all of my sauces! Thank you, Bojangles!
You can count on the typical experience you get at a Bojangles. In my view, it's one of the more convenient fast food spots to access in Wytheville, especially when it comes to parking.
I just ordered my food online—a 3-piece chicken meal. Instead of the promised 1 leg and 2 thighs, I received a tiny leg and 2 disappointing wings. To make matters worse, there were no utensils to eat my coleslaw with, and no napkins provided either. This was the worst meal I've ever had from there, and I usually order from them all the time.
