I am so over Subway in Fulton and their shameful excuse for a sandwich. I have given them way more chances than deserved only because they are closer than driving to East Tupelo. However, after doing the satisfaction survey and the non helpful, non apologizing response from the owner, I am done! While this was happening, they were also making online orders. A side note: I do not like the new cover they have over the meat and cheese—it prevents me from seeing what’s being prepared. Eventually, another employee brought out my sandwich, which I noticed was toasted. I asked if that was mine, and she confirmed it was. I informed her that I did NOT want it toasted. The first girl then said all flatbreads are always toasted. I pointed out that I have never had mine toasted and have always been asked whether I wanted it that way. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there was barely any meat on my sandwich. I started to inquire about that, but I was already so frustrated that I decided to just walk out instead. Neither of the young ladies offered an apology or tried to rectify the situation; they just stood there, surprised. The staff at this location is very unprofessional. They seem more interested in their private conversations than attending to customers, and it feels as though I’m bothering them by simply being there. The food preparation standards at this place are lacking—I’ve seen overripe tomatoes served before. When I requested fresh tomatoes because the ones provided were too ripe, I was met with eye rolls and a huff from an employee. I ended up leaving that time as well. This location is in dire need of improvement. If they continue on this path, they might end up making someone seriously ill, if they haven't already. I believe this review warrants a response, and I hope someone from the store will reach out to me. However, given their current level of professionalism, I’m not too optimistic about that happening.

Subway your way? Not really! I was quite disappointed when the manager informed me that certain sandwiches couldn't be toasted due to a lack of suitable wax paper. Having worked at Subway for five years and always toasting my sandwiches since the introduction of the toaster oven, this was frustrating. My experience left me feeling unsatisfied. In the end, I chose to leave, and I doubt we'll be returning to that location. The staff clearly needs better training—especially since the manager was in the process of training someone else while I was there! We ended up losing the chance to go elsewhere because it took her 30 minutes to prepare one sub. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience at all.
