Jack's was interesting.We stopped there thinking it was another fast food place with the word Jack (same font snd everything) but surprised to see so mich chicken!We never tried here before said what the heck and did.The burger was really good with a fun unique sauce on it.While the chicken sandwich was good, the costing was too tough to be in a sandwich.We will definitely be going back
I waited in line for a long time. I mean 10 minutes is a long time to wait in a drive thru the fish sandwich was overcooked. Hard!. The chicken sandwich was really a lot of breading on to of a bun. The fries were limp and soggy. However, The service was good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Other than the fact that it took so long to get overcooked food and soggy fries and couple that with the fact that it's the only place within 25 miles to get fried chicken,I guess I will be back.
Worse service ever server has attitude badly ordered homestyle big bacon double and got on loaf bread also novlarge cup but charge for large this place number 1 in worst cust service ever won't be back posting same thing on line
First time here today. Very impressed with the selection of food. Big burgers, with the pretty standard variations: ranch, patty melt, bacon, spicy etc. You can get pretty much all of those in chicken as well. They also have fried chicken and an assortmentof breaded pork sandwiches for breakfast. I had the big big jack that had three patties and cheese. It was very fresh and tasty.Came with lettuce tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles. Bun was deficits as well. My son had the grilled chicken and it wasfresh and very juicy. Finally my wife said the sweet iced tea was maybe the best ever and the indoor seating area was veryrelaxing, clean, and really took the dining experience over the top. Highly recommend.
I called and placed a large order that I was going to be picking up. Kartrina was such a big help to me in deciding how much food I would need to feed 18-20 for lunch! The customer service from everyone there when I came to pick it up was great! A niceyoung man even helped me carry everything to my car! Thanks to all the staff at Jack's!
