The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of beers and cocktails. I tried the mango beer on tap, which truly captures the taste and aroma of mango! I ordered the Carne and Polo tacos, and I was not disappointed. The beans, salsa, and chips were delightful as well. My friend chose the burger and was very pleased with her decision. However, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks (hence the loss of one star): the establishment is divided into two sections, and to access the other area, you need to purchase a ticket, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor terrace. Additionally, the restrooms were quite rough, and the lines were excessively long. This has been my fourth visit, and it’s always the same issue.

Very cool place to hang out with friends and take in some live music. They have some really great food choices as well as a good beer and drink selection. I really enjoy having out on the patio and listening to one of the many cover bands that play there every Saturday. There is no cover charge for the majority of the shows they have.

The Slidebar has always been known for its comfort food, but it's time for a change. With so many eclectic and upscale restaurants in downtown Fullerton, the Slidebar needs to up its game. Chef Oge Dalken, who previously worked at Chapter One The Modern Local, is taking a more nutritional approach by using local ingredients and infusing sophisticated creativity into the menu. Having traveled all over the USA, Chef Oge brings a wealth of knowledge about various regional cuisines from Southern California. You'll be surprised by the significant changes he's made to the menu. I love that the Slidebar embraces the Rocker vibe I am – reminiscing about the days of hanging out with friends, listening to the latest Megadeth or Metallica tracks on the radio, and queuing up with Ticketron (back when the internet didn’t exist) to grab tickets for the next Mötley Crüe concert.

I really like this place, I had a **** Mary and it was very good. I went to see the dollyrots and I was a little confused about the stages but I just followed the sound inside. And they did have a sign on the door with the band line-ups and times.
