I usually have a pleasant experience when I come to Dunkin'. I visit almost every morning before work (I work right next door), but this morning was different.

I have to admit, I was starting to lose faith in Dunkin' Donuts because they removed "Donuts" from their name in recent years. I wasn't sure if it was the same.
