Was Max Evans at Popsie's Grill a mag?

I have visited this restaurant twice. According to the website, they are supposed to be open at 10 am every day. The first time I went was on a Monday, but they were closed (they are closed on Mondays). The second time I went at 10 am, but they did not open until 11 am.
