The quality of the food was extremely disappointing, especially for such a new establishment. The fries were overcooked and unappetizing, with barely enough to qualify as a large order—definitely less than a small portion. They were so overcooked that they were inedible. The wings were decent, but the rolls were dry and served without any butter, which was quite unfortunate. Given the $70 price tag, I really don't think it was worth it.
I wanted to pick up my order and everything was ready and correct. the guy on the theke was friendly and asked if we cowboys fans bc my man wore a cowboys hemd, super nice and had great customer service skills. eating was hot and tasted as I remember. I have the buffalo and my man has the lemon pepper bone-in wing. no problems and I would definitely return.
Good and bad. the good part of my experience was that they were very fast! the bad part was that I ordered the lemon parm spelling, but what I got was chicken teeth that were thrown up in oil with parmesan only. I had to throw them away immediately because they were so unusable, along with the pommes that were excessively salted.
Ordered in store, so I knew I would have to wait a little while. But not for over 30 minutes. Waited at a sticky table with floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in month. Ice was out, and trying to get staff's attention was impossible. Afterwaiting for a long time, and seeing some orders that had definitely been made in store go out before me, I asked and was refuseda refund. Finally got food. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Chicken was super oily, greasy and inedible. It's in the trash.All you got is chicken and y'all failed on that hard.
Quality of food was the worst. Which is sad for such a new location. The fries were over cooked and there were barely any for a large (less than a small amount) they were so over cooked they were inedible. The wings were okay. The rolls were old dry, nobutter. This was such a bummer. For the $70 price tag, not worth it.
