I plan to contact the corporate office to report this poor customer service and request a refund. I also completed their feedback questionnaire, but I never heard back from upper management—no call, no response. My family and I will definitely not be returning to Pizza Hut in the future.

I had the best pizza I've ever tasted from them, and their wings are the best on the island!
We walked in, placed our order, and our food was ready in under 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean, and the service was exceptional. Overall, it was the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had.
App says food is ready, employees say it's not. Service is terrible
Suzette is amazing. An outsourced door dash driver delivered my meal to the wrong address and didn't return after I let him know we didn't get it. Suzette completely rectified the situation! Grateful for her integrity!
My order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. My app alerted me that my order was ready about 25 minutes later but when I went to pick it up they just started my order, so I waited 40 minutes for my order and all I had was 1 personal pan and 1 order 8 piece honey bbq wings boneless. SMH
