I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is casual and the decor is quite cozy. They have a nice selection of wines at reasonable prices. Corkscrew is definitely my favorite place for drinks, food, or simply soaking in a wonderful atmosphere! The staff really sets this place apart. It’s ideal for any occasion, so I highly recommend checking it out!
This is a fantastic place to enjoy drinks with friends. I found the house red wine to be quite nice. My friends ordered a chocolate martini and Prosecco, and they seemed pleased with their choices. The servers were very friendly and never made us feel rushed. The ambiance was great; we were able to lounge in comfortable chairs around a table, which allowed us to spread out from other guests. They also have a patio area. I sampled my friend's caprese flatbread, but I found it to be a bit too crispy for my taste and probably wouldn't order it myself. Overall, I'd say this is definitely more of a drinks-only spot.

Corkscrew is an exceptional spot for enjoying wine and flatbreads in the Fort Mill area! The ambiance is stunning, providing ample space for gatherings of any size. Patrick curates an excellent wine selection, and the food is both delicious and consistently great. The staff is wonderful, and it's clear that a positive culture is fostered here. While parking in Kingsley can be a challenge, it's worth it, as Corkscrew maintains a refined and enjoyable atmosphere without rowdy crowds, complemented by fantastic live music.
