My wife and I had the pleasure of participating in the "Expresso" and "Cafeology" workshops organized by Jérôme and Oliver. Very informative and entertaining. The 'Expresso' workshop set us on the path of preparing the perfect espresso, with practical demonstrations and wise advice from Jérôme and Oliver. Their passion for coffee was contagious and really inspired us. The workshop 'Caféologie' was a real adventure through the world of coffee, its culture and its tasting. Jérôme and Oliver made every aspect exciting and accessible, and we really appreciated the way they shared their knowledge with enthusiasm.
