This popular, trendy, affordable restaurant did not live up to it's claims. The decor is lovely, but the service is spotty to slow. The four-ish gluten free options didn't offer a lot of options for one in our party. The white wine was terrible, and I am very open minded about my wine. This place was perfect for brunch! I had chai tea latte with oat milk and the vegan brunch platter They had updated their menu so no tofu scramble but instead a chickpea omelet with vegetables and harissa sauce which was amazing!!! Super refreshing and filling but didn’t leave me feeling like I needed a nap.
We visited this cafe upon our arrival to Florence and decided to come here since it was close-ish to the train station and offered vegan options. We had three different meals and everyone seemed to enjoy them. The service is okay, not bad, not amazing. They offer plant milk and a good amount of vegan options, enough to choose from. I ordered their vegan avocado toast, which was good overall, but the mashed avocado was very bland and flavourless, no salt, pepper or seasoning. So I had to ask for salt and pepper and olive oil and the waitress kindly brought it. They have seating inside and outside and there are little sparrows flying around and eating crumbs from the table. Overall atmosphere is quite welcoming and the food is fine for what it is, but could be improved.
I was very excited to find a place that had oat milk as I have struggled to regularly find a good oat latte in Europe. Great food options, I had the banana bread with coffee for breakfast and then we went back later for lunch!
This was an amazing find on a rainy day in Florence! Amazing smoothies and drinks, and great salads (loved the harissa chickpea). Lots of vegan options, everything super fresh and healthy, very cute inside.
I had the vegan mixed brunch, it was served in good portion. Nice place too, I enjoyed the terrace!
