Was Damiana Sorrentino at Ben Caffe a mag?
I had some high expectations, based on all reviews here and in g maps, and they met them! they offer a vegan breakfast menu that includes: vegetable capuchino, fresh orange juice, and their choice of erdnussbutter toast with bananas, or humus toast with circus tomatoes. The breakfast was really nice, I got the vegana with the hummus and tomato toast, the ingredients were very fresh and had a bit of olive oil with it, the coffee is really good here, and the orange juice is delish. It was very busy though and the portion sizes weren't huge! View all feedback.
Great affordable spot that serves a nice American breakfast. Right outside of the Dante's house and very central in the city.
Not exactly a croissant, but they have a puff pastry filled with blueberry jam. Vegan options clearly labeled on menu.
We absolutely loved the coffee. It was our first coffee in Italy and our coffees back home are gonna taste underwhelming from now on. We also had hummus on sourdough, which was served with tomatoes and rocket?. The menu isn't clear but I think you can also ask for avo. We had fresh orange juice and a jam croissant. In a city which has so many good coffee places and affordable vegan options, we strongly regretted spending our money here. The vegan savoury breakfast was very basic and very small (e.g only comes with one slice of bread). The oat latte was just gross, somehow floury, suspected that the milk had gone bad. We didn't finish our black coffee either, which tasted like instant coffee. Nice location on a small square and the waitress was nice and did her best with the little English she knew which we appreciated.
