What User dislikes about Wingstop:
The food was okay, freezer section at Walmart equivalent. Better off going to Frickers or BWW. Had to wait 20 minutes for an online order that was placed 30 minutes prior to arrival. Very small store, so not much room for waiting, especially when 5-6 other people were also waiting for their food. Overall, do not recommend, there are better options. The food was mediocre, comparable to something you'd find in the freezer section at Walmart. You'd be better off going to Frickers or Buffalo Wild Wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for an online order that was placed 30 minutes before I arrived. I picked up my food before the scheduled time, but it was still cold. Some of the fries tasted burnt, while others were soggy. I ordered BBQ chicken tenders, and they were very disappointing—lacking flavor and strangely topped with BBQ sauce. My wife got mild BBQ wings, and they were also cold and unappetizing. Honestly, I wouldn’t even want to feed this food to my dog; it was that bad. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The wings are great, and I'm a big fan of Wingstop, but this location didn't meet my expectations. The fries were both soggy and burnt—how is that even possible? It feels like the staff might be inexperienced. I have to give it a rating of 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.
