Our favorites included the tuna carpaccio, eggplant ravioli with mushroom and parmesan foam, John Dory filet over black rice risotto, stir-fried mushrooms on the side, and the lemon tart for dessert. Everything was fabulous!
The dining experience was fantastic, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items and helped us make our selections.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, right across from our hotel, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The cuisine is a beautiful fusion of French and Moroccan flavors, with dishes that are incredibly fresh and cooked to order. Every plate was a delightful surprise — rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients and care. It’s rare to find fusion cuisine done this well. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet elegant. We ended up going back twice during our stay — which says it all! When you find food this good, you simply have to go back. A true culinary discovery that made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended! Genuine outstanding restaurant. The service was attentive and caring. The food was quite frankly outstanding! We had steaks and duck breast and they were perfectly cooked we also had the creamy mash which was as impressive as Joel Robuchons! Many posts are fake but this is from some who goes to many restaurants and has high standards Hôtel Safari has a great view this restaurant has more substance Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
