I truly wanted to like this restaurant. I found the menu selections unappetizing including many selections filled with strange ingredient combinations including: Tuna Carpaccio cream of zucchini and strawberries. I love fish and seafood but in more traditional Mediterranean and Italian preparation. I am open to fusion cuisines but not using haphazard combinations that are unappetizing. I love fish and seafood but in more traditional Mediterranean and Italian preparation. I am open to fusion cuisines but not using haphazard combinations that are unappetizing. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting on the grounds of what was probably an inner-city villa. The staff is well trained, mature and very attentive. Would I dine here again? Definitely not. Would I recommend it to others? No.
Some of the most innovative seafood I have ever eaten served in a lovely garden setting. All I can say is wow!
Well when you walk through the beautiful garden to the converted loggia which houses this restaurant you are enchanted by the medieval building and the very modern interior. The food is very modern and prepared directly in full view of the diners.
Lemoko is a really nice little restaurant in the centre of Ferrara. Finding it is a bit hard because it is located in a big courtyard next to another restaurant and the sign is quite hard to see. However, once you get there, you realize what a great place it is. It is very small, with only about 5 tables and an open kitchen. The members of staff are very helpful and respectful. The food is absolutely delicious!!! The prices are also quite affordable, considering the high quality of the food. Great experience overall!!!
The location is lovely, nearby the city centre, in Villa Spisani orangerie. Managers and waiters nice and professional. Wine selection not so large but excellent. Fish based dishes. The appetizers offered by the house have been served in shell-shaped porcelain, very nice. We tried two different home made pasta, and a tuna with mustard, all very good. Desserts too were excellent. The price ratio was good too. Very satisfied. Thank you LeMoko
