I visited KFC for a quick lunch and ordered a three-piece chicken meal. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice blend of herbs and spices. No products are right. Ordered for fried chicken and Pepsi and a zinger meal. The fries was the only good thing that came. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were informed that fried chicken isn 't available, then came a fizz less Pepsi, when asked to change, they brought us another cup of the same Pepsi. When asked again about it, they said that 's how Pepsi is served there. They then said, they will refund the money for it which did not happen either and instead was given a 'eat what we give you, or leave ' attitude. As I valued my dignity a bit more, I left the place. But now I think I should have got my money back, coz only then will the higher authority know that a refund/issue has happened. So congrats to the service manager there for losing a customer who ordered atleast thrice a week from their outlet.
