Unbeatable pick up point service. Really embarrassing, it's almost ridiculous they want the courier's name without even looking at the recipient. If you don't want to handle packages don't pick up point, very simple. Apart from this of bad taste the treatment of the bartender. Among other things showing ignorance in not knowing that transport companies contract to third parties without the end user knowing.
