While the food is generally delicious and reasonably priced, some patrons have noted inconsistent quality, such as overly salty or cold fries and overly loud music that hampers conversation. I really appreciate how quickly they serve their customers, and it's a nice touch that they hire beautiful staff! My favorites are the burgers.
Having worked in hospitality for 30 years, I've never encountered a coffee maker being out of order for two months. It seems like either there's a lack of care, or someone simply doesn't want to put in the effort. I plan to return to Fayetteville next month, and I'll be sure to call ahead to check if the coffee maker is operational before I even consider going back. I no longer feel like the loyal customer I once was.
Server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the bean burger but later management told server they were out. Only other item on menu I could eat was the fire fries which ended up being cold. My husband said swiss mushroom burger was delicious but fries were cold as well.
I understand that workers are in demand and over-worked but that does not mean to skip on customer service. If you are the host/hostess, when seating your guest it is your job to make sure table and seats are clean, especially if the wait staff isunderstaffed or what have you. After noticing this I retreat back to the front counter to inform management of our table. Theyoung man comes and wipes the table and chairs and offered his apologies. Outside of that, the food and drinks were good. Forthat being my first time there it rubbed me the wrong way, especially seeing the same hostess seat another group and wiped thetable, but not, the seats down before seating them. SMH.
15 minute wait time on a Wednesday night, but they had our table ready in five. I highly recommend the fried pickles as an appetizer; ask for extra ranch and Bubba sauce. You will need to upgrade your Long Island Iced Tea with a “rocker” (extrashot of liquor in a test tube) if you want to feel a buzz. The Pineapple Smash was delicious; didn’t have the garnish orpineapple. Salmon came with two sides and was tasty; expect fish bones. I had the South of the Border burger (medium rare) withan upgrade of loaded tater tots. Ask for ranch sauce for the loaded tater tots and eat that first before the melted cheesehardens. Great music and wait staff at this very busy location.
