On August 20 at 5:35 PM, I visited Subway and encountered a heavier set guy in his 30s working behind the counter. He was extremely rude, which unfortunately isn't the first time I've experienced poor service and a bad attitude from him. He was extremely rude, which unfortunately isn't the first time I've experienced poor service and a bad attitude from him. I think it’s time for me to switch back to Jimmy John's, as their bread is better anyway. I cannot recommend this particular Subway location; I’ve complained before, yet this rude employee is still there. On a brighter note, I can and will find another sub shop, just not Subway on 52nd Avenue in Fargo. Honestly, I may just boycott Subway altogether.
Subway is a great choice, though their bread could use some improvement. They offer a wide variety of sandwich options, and the wraps are delicious.
Occasionally, there’s a long wait in the drive-thru, but the order is always accurate and tasty!
I just wanted to pay for a soda, and there were only four people ahead of me at 6:40 pm with just one employee working. I ended up waiting until 7:03 pm before I could pay. Completely ridiculous!
I decided to take my business elsewhere. The cashier was distracted on his phone, didn’t wash his hands, and was very rude. I left in under two minutes. Goodbye!
