Was Anonym at Foravia a mag?
small but excellent restaurant in phono. kitchen of the territory with modern revisits. fresh fish (it could not be different). will become my reference restaurant on the spot. the dishes offered were so interesting that we were advised by the chef, who removed us from the embarrassment of choice. What Anonym dislikes about Foravia:
to have booked out without the rain...while the rain comes...maybe it doesn't help. restaurant at the gates of the old town of fano, very kind staff, raw material discreet, you go from appetizers quite good, to a pot with the classic well made Marche soup and quantity, both clear that the high level fish is other stuff. poor wine paper. price in line with the proposal, discreet experience but I would not return.
