The restaurant is clean, convenient, and provides good service. However, I don't understand why their hamburgers are so highly praised. Are they good? Yes. Very good? Probably. Exceptional? Not really. They are expensive, and while the other chains are trying to keep up, I don't think any of them are worth paying 2 or 3 times the price of a decent meal at McDonald's or Burger King, or even Wendy's. the resturant was all means amazing, that is when they are a millionaire. eating is amazing, but I only agree with the necessity for two meals to cost 50. at this point I feel very rather going to a sitting resturant with waiting staff. at least then I would feel that the money is going to work somewhere. Don’t order for curbside pickup! I placed and paid my order online. When I got there I clicked on the link in the text message you get a text msg right after placing the order to inform I was outside, I waited for a good 10mins until I decided to walk in and get my food when the employees told me I HAD TO CALL the store to bring out the food! Ok, it would’ve been nice to tell me ahead of time instead of making me wait! Neither the text message nor the website said I had to call instead of clicking “I’m here”. My hamburger was very soggy and cold by the time I got to it and it took a good part of my 30mins lunch break.
The burger was excellent, but the prices were high. We paid $37 for two small bacon cheeseburgers, a large order of fries, and a milkshake. I probably won't be returning unless they lower their prices or send a Russian billionaire to pay off my $3.5 million debt!
Terrible experience, food was the worst quality I have ever had from a five guys restaurant. Someone should really inspect this place for safe sanitation practices.
The Spanish female manager at this restaurant is terrible! It was a terrible experience and she should be removed from her position. We only asked for ice for our drinks because the machine was out, and she reacted rudely. She refused to get more ice and even wanted to cancel our order because of our simple request. She also refused to give us her name and said disrespectful things until we left. It seems like she has no management training at all, and if she behaves this way, I can't imagine how the other employees are.
