The atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurant is spotless, and the staff is friendly! I ordered the fish tacos with rice and black beans, and they were absolutely delicious—such amazing flavors! Ali exceeded all expectations as our server. We had a large party of 16, and she went above and beyond in every way possible. If I could give a 5-star rating, I would gladly award Ali 100 stars. She was attentive, personable, and made us feel more welcome than I have ever felt in a restaurant. Our team was there for a meeting, and I can't recommend Ali enough to my friends and family—she really set a positive tone for our night. The food was outstanding; "tasty" doesn’t even begin to do it justice, and the drinks were spot on. I can't express my gratitude to Ali enough. I don’t write reviews very often, but the genuine warmth and welcoming atmosphere of their service compelled me to share my experience. Thank you, Encore, On Deck, and especially Ali, for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be back for another team outing in the future. A MILLION STARS!
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The large portion was incredible, and my turkey sandwich was delicious as well.

I love the Burger Bar on deck at Encore, I'm never disappointed with her food. All employees were always very pleasant and professional. The whole reason I wanted to write a review is because my server I often get Claudio always goes beyond and beyond to make sure I'm all set. He's always on the point and my food is perfect as always. We had a wonderful time at On Deck to watch basketball game. The staff are friendly. Our server, Victor, was truly great. The food was delicious and great presentation. I recommend getting there early as there is usually a wait list.
