The staff member seemed more interested in watching videos on his phone than in serving the customers.
I’m giving this place a four-star review because, despite its somewhat dated appearance both inside and outside, it was surprisingly clean and well-kept. The staff was incredibly friendly. Although the neighborhood isn't the greatest, I was pleasantly surprised by how tidy and organized the interior was. I enjoyed a delicious fresh fruit cup and a good cup of coffee for a reasonable price. I would definitely return to this place in the area, which was a nice surprise!
I paid $9 for a 32 oz Monster, and the clerk working at 1:30 AM didn't give me the correct change. I have the receipt, so I'll be disputing this. I won’t be coming back. If you visit this place, make sure you get your change because the staff here might shortchange you and keep the money they owe you.
I used to visit this place almost every weekday between 3:30 AM and 4:15 AM. However, about 90% of the time, the doors are locked with a handwritten note saying they’ll be back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it usually takes closer to 25 or 30 minutes before they open, and by then there’s already a line of people waiting.
The employee behind the counter refused to refund the money he took from my friend, accusing him of stealing an ice cream. When I asked them to check the security cameras, they refused. Since when is it acceptable for store employees to keep money that doesn't belong to them?
