Just opened after the recent easing of restrictions, this restaurant is under new management. The service was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. The food was simple yet well-prepared, with good options for vegetarians. The outdoor area offers a nice balance of sunny and shady spots for your preference, providing a private atmosphere. I would definitely return.

Still an outstanding carvery! The beer is fantastic, and the pub is tidy. Although the beer garden is small, it creates a charming little suntrap.
