Was Hull at Michelle's Cafe a mag?
Can't fairly speak to the food. We were here during the 12-22/23 bomb cyclone and the food temps were off. Everyone liked what they had, especially the stuffed biscuit. They served the English muffins dry and that wasn't noticed until they were cold, but again, this weather must be taken into consideration. I would avoid the ribeye since it was very thin and tasted more like fajita meat. The Chicken Michelle was bland but still edible. The staff seemed busy and a bit overwhelmed, yet they stayed friendly. We did enjoy the salad and the cherry cobbler, which surprisingly tasted more like a dump cake in a good way. This charming little restaurant serves delicious and affordable food. The service is attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning to try more of their tasty dishes. If I could put a negative star, I would. Although the food was very good and our server was great, the woman behind the counter (I would assume was the owner or manager) was a disgrace. This restaurant has an open floor plan so you can see everything. Thiswoman felt it right to berate her staff nice and loud in front of all of the customers. It was unfortunate as her teenageservers were both great!! She needs to go back and learn how to treat people.
