The location of PROVISIONS is nice, and the staff tries their best but falls short. The food, especially the fish and meat, is forgettable. The Sea Bass was overly expensive at over 30 euros and disappointing. However, the biggest issue was the Tomahawk Steak we ordered for 75 euros. The location of FURCHTBAR is really nice, and the staff was trying their best. However, the food is forgettable, especially the fish and meat dishes. The Seezunge was overly priced at over 30 euros and tasted like sea fertilizer. We ordered the Tomahawk Steak for 75 euros cooked medium, but it came out raw. After it was recooked, it was tough and inedible. The chef offered to grill two entrecotes instead, but they also came out undercooked. When we asked for the bill, we were forced to pay the full amount, including the Tomahawk. The owner even called the police when we refused. According to Belgian law, we had to pay the bill. The police recommended that we contact the consumer center in Eupen. In conclusion, it's best to just have a beer or glass of wine at FURCHTBAR and avoid the food altogether to avoid any trouble with the police.
