Panda Express - Eugene
Panda Express
Description
Panda Express has garnered a mix of admiration and frustration from diners. While some customers appreciate the kind and efficient service, consistent complaints arise about incorrect orders and unavailability of popular menu items. Diners express disappointment over rarely receiving fortune cookies and encountering issues with the restaurant’s operating hours, often finding it closed when expected. Despite these challenges, some patrons still find enjoyment in specific dishes like fried rice and egg rolls, indicating that the experience can vary widely. Ultimately, while the service shines, the overall inconsistency leaves much to be desired.

Was Gary Schartz at Panda Express a mag?
I must say, the students(? working here are professionals. Kind, quick, courteous. Real fast draws in a world of slow fast food countenance. As for the food? Not my cup of Moo Gai Pan. Hot, well cooked, tender, fresh just not for me. I may stumble in my stimble world that way again. Fried Rice I would order again. Maybe the Egg Rolls. My nephew enjoyed it, so there. Panda Express, an American Chinese restaurant chain that started in California and is quickly growing worldwide, has a branch located at the ERB Memorial Union on the University of Oregon campus. One of their most notable dishes is the Orange Chicken. This dish features boneless chicken that is first deep-fried and then stir-fried in a delicious sweet and spicy orange sauce. The sauce is enriched with dried chilies, Sichuan pepper, and tangerine peel. The crispy chicken offers a perfect blend of sweet and sour flavors, enhanced by citrus and chili notes.
I would give this restaurant a negative rating if I could. They weren’t open at 11:30 when I arrived, and it took them a long time to finally open, leaving them hours behind schedule. When they did open, they only had two dishes prepared and made me wait thirteen minutes of my half-hour lunch for them to make teriyaki chicken. The staff were rude, and at times their behavior towards the situation was almost laughable. There were no signs indicating that they don’t accept cash, but they don’t. It’s really frustrating. I would strongly advise against going here. 0/10.
Says opening time is 10am. But almost never open til 10:30am. Isn't food prep supposed to be done earlier so you open at 10? Happens 9 times out of 10.
If I weren't active or into endurance sports, I 100% would have diabetes from this place.
This Panda Express screws up my order every single time I order from there and then I never get a fortune cookie. This time I was so excited to finally get a fortune cookie, except just to my surprise... it was just the fortune cookie packaging with a bunch of air inside and no fortune cookie
