great staff, a really recommended experience, all very well thought out. they wash the hands thoroughly before, for as they are completely blind, the world is filled. they really feel with the waiter who is actually from small to blind (and very entertaining). at the end, there are still those who are solved so they know what they have tried. only manko: plans enough time for parking. we searched for 15 minutes and t... What Bilbo Lotta dislikes about Finster:
There were five of us there. The service and our service staff were great. The food we were served was good; But when we later clarified what we ate, it turned out that none of us had a complete main course: either meat was missing, there was no sauce, one or two side dishes were missing, etc. This shouldn 't happen with a price of an average of €50 per menu. The waiters gave one the security in the dark and they always had a funny spell on their lips! The food (with us wild) was refined and very tasty. All allergies of all kinds were taken into account. We will go again and choose another category.
A special experience there to eat. You don't see anything and it's an interesting experience if you miss this meaning, what you can win for impressions about the food. I can only advise anyone to get involved and judge. Moreover, it is a great experience to support the people who work there and are really blind. They don't go back to Helle after the evening, but stay in the dark. RESPEKT!!!
An absolute experience. I'm giving the ambiance five stars because you can't really see it anyway
Four of us went to Finster yesterday and were absolutely thrilled! We received a very warm and humorous welcome right from the start – we immediately felt at home. Our waiter, Mahmoud, was attentive, always friendly, and regularly asked if everything was okay or if we had any requests. The food was incredibly delicious (we had beef, Italian, and vegan) and the value for money was absolutely spot on. We also particularly liked the fact that we were allowed to guess what was on the menu after our meal – it made for a fun and heartfelt conversation. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit a special experience. A must-try experience – we'll definitely be back!
