The idea is simply to serve a few customers and make everything possible for the quality of the kitchen and the quality of the service and reception. And the least we can say is that the bet is successful. We are far from some Parisian establishments to the eye we are accustomed to betting and the plates are far from suffering the comparison (all was perfect, to cook with seasonings, the creativity of weddings and the elegance of dresses).To say, I even think I'm going back to espalion for the simple pleasure of a dinner at the mejane.
