On Sunday June we decided to visit the mountain range of spain, declared a natural park of the Valencian community, we went to the area to be accommodated, which is 8 km from segorbe. on the same road that passes through the woods and continues there the jocar resturant, at the exit of the village. it is a villa with swimming pool, terraces and a small very cozy living room, led by a charming marriage, coming from valencia, josé ma and lola have been in front of the business for more than 30 years and that is remarkable. so specialties are rice cooked for wood, paella of all kinds, meats and embutidos a la brasa, tomato de conejo y caracoles, zarzuela de marisco, olla almedijana, in short a wide variety of dishes and tickets to avoid disappointing any special customer that mentions deserves home desserts. I greet you from here and thank you for your hospitality. a Sunday that my family and I will never forget and we will repeat every time we can.
Very spectacular! the paella we ate and that prepared us jose ma really knew the paella valenciana. cooked to the wood, with top quality ingredients, so snails, his touch of rosemary, his socarraet, in time that we do not eat a paella, paella really all perfect, family treatment, the environment, the village, the food, the wine. and if you want to stay for sleep, jose ma can offer you two very cozy double rooms available. for dinner made us stings, sausages and rabbit to the brazi, at its point, with alioli, to suck so fingers. and the next day we made a real homage with the seafood zarzuela that prepared us in the clay casserole and we realized well. desserts were delicious, tray of various home desserts, fruit of time, finally, to repeat, if you pass through the mountain range you know where to go to eat, give memories to jose ma and lola, his wife.
