Sometimes you've got to grab what you can. Last week a friend and I took the plunge on coffee from Donut King (amazing I know) and it was really, really good (and a lot cheaper than alternatives - $3.50 small latte).They appear to have a new bean and are taking the coffee business seriously. Donut King offers tasty hot dogs, toasties, and delicious donuts. Towards closing time, they discount their donuts, making it a great time to grab some snacks while supplies last. The staff is friendly and attentive. The seating options can be hit or miss as it is a food court setting. Overall, a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat.
This café is located in the food court near Aldi and Chemist Warehouse at Epping Plaza. The staff are always cheerful and the coffee is consistently brewed to the perfect strength and temperature. The donuts are delicious and always cooked to perfection. The hot dogs are also tasty, with a variety of toppings available. The toasties are always flavorful and satisfying. They offer a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as hot and cold jam and ice cream filled doughnuts. Children can enjoy mini donuts decorated just for them. Takeaway options are available, as well as seating at tables. This restaurant/café offers a quick dining experience with a limited menu, suitable for all age groups.
The food was delicious, but there was limited seating available when the restaurant was crowded and the tables and bins were in need of cleaning. They often forget to clean the tables when they are busy. However, the coffee was hot and the donuts were fresh and tasty.
