This little gem had a plethora of pastries on offer as you are welcomed by a roaring fire. Brunch on a windy, icy morning was wonderful and family friendly. A massive outdoor area had a few buckets of toys to keep kids entertained. Padro coffee is smooth and big English breakfast and chilli eggs were delicious. What User dislikes about Ripe:
This use to be my go to place in Sassafras. Lovely ambience, great food, cute and cozy, and always buzzing. Unfortunately the food that was once so great is now just bland and tasteless, as was the service. At least the surroundings haven't changed. It appears that they have removed some vegan options, including a big breakfast. The only lunch choices were a falafel sandwich or a roasted vegetable plate with hummus. The sandwich was decent, but the roasted vegetables were overcooked. Additionally, charging an extra $2 for soy milk in a regular coffee is quite expensive.
The vegan big breakfast at this restaurant was amazing with a variety of delicious foods such as roast pumpkin, cashew cheese, mushrooms, and baked beans. They also offered four other enticing vegan options. The vegan chai was tasty, and I couldn't resist getting a vegan carrot cake to take away from their tempting display of vegan cakes and slices.
The vegan breakfast at this restaurant is generous in size and includes a variety of vegan slices such as mint, snickers, bounty, and peanut butter. The oat milk is tasty and make sure to check out the display cabinet for more options.
Her vegan big breakfast was delicious, with so many great foods included (Roast pumpkin, Cashew cheese, mushrooms, baked beans and more) and they also had four other really nice looking vegan options. Her vegan chai was delicious, and I also took an incredible vegan carrot cake to go from a display full of vegan cakes and slices.
