I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I even endured Louisiana's pizza while in college, so I know what I’m talking about. I admit the fault lies with me for ordering pizza outside of the boroughs, and I'll take that loss. For anyone unfamiliar with buffalo chicken pizza (and yes, I understand there can be variations), it’s clear which one I expected and which one is going to have my stomach churning for the next three days. I would have preferred a Celeste pizza to this disaster. Please do better!
I had an amazing experience at Rini's Restaurant Wine Bar while attending a retirement party. The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was top-notch! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone—family, friends, or anyone looking for a great dining experience. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable. The woman in the black and white top in the photo is the retiree, and we truly had a blast!
If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by and check them out. The food was delish. I originally ordered the grilled salmon dish but didn't like it. I notified our server Marisa and they happily gave me another menu choice which is the chicken francaise. It didn't take them long to prepare the second dish. The chicken was very moist and tasty, and the vegetables were crispy. I also loved the potatoes and pasta. The service was awesome and it was a very nice environment. They do offer outside seating as well and there is plenty of parking. I'm assuming customers who have not been vaccinated must wear masks, but those who have received it do not have to wear one.
We got there pretty late, at one hour before closing. in spite of that we got the best service from the moment we walked in greeted by Leo... most places show annoyance, attitude, or simply turn us away). Sheila is the nicest server she just makesyou feel at home. food was delicious we had a minestrone soup and penne vodka. from the looks of it Rinis is a popular placewith the locals with social ambiance. impressive too was that bar, looked like they can serve you just about any kind of drink!i really enjoyed the experience as it reminded me of a home cooked meal with good people. AND we were told they also haveentertainment on friday nights, singers and artists impersonations of sinatra, elvis and others. If you want to feel transportedto classic italian american comfort food, generous portions, taste of home cooking, and relaxed social ambiance- this is it.
My husband surprised me for my birthday to Sleepy Hollow for my birthday. I was craving pasta for dinner and we found this mom and pop Italian restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful (wish I got her name) and the food was delicious. I loved the everyoneis family atmosphere and they didn 't rush us out. Reminded me of a European dining experience (You ask for your bill, nopushing you out the door).When she brought our desert she put a little candle in it (blew it out before thinking to take apic). So sweet! P.S. get the homemade Taramisu.
