The food was excellent, but I encountered an issue with my online order. Although I was charged, the store never received it. I had to reach out to Subway's customer service, but I still haven't heard back. I've made the decision to stop ordering from Subway; their customer service is quite disappointing for such a well-known company!
The orders have been consistently accurate. However, I've observed that the staff's friendliness hasn't always been up to par in the past. On the positive side, the overall appearance of the restaurant greatly enhances the atmosphere.
It's decent, but it seems like the quality has declined in recent years. I regularly order the same item without any changes, but I frequently get toppings I didn't request, and the subs keep falling apart. It used to be really excellent, though.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki protein bowl for $8.99, but I found the portion size to be quite small. Overall, I feel it is overpriced for what you get.
