Andrea is the best waiter I've ever encountered. I've never met anyone so kind and friendly. The level of customer service she provides is the best I've seen in years. If you ever visit this club, make sure to ask for her. Her vibrant personality is contagious; she's always dancing and has a constant smile on her face. She truly embodies what great customer service is all about.
Jasmine helped us with a reservation and she was so helpful. She gave us her best recommendations and I’m glad we listened we had a blast , definitely have her help you.
This was THE WORST experience I ever had at a club. Giving this place one star is too generous. This particular night, it was FREEZING so obviously we wore jackets. We get there and find out there was NO COAT CHECK. We left our coats hidden by a table that was TAKEN AWAY and when we asked if we could see the lost and found, they DENIED US. Called NUMEROUS times with no luck. WENT BACK days later and the main security guard BARELY let us look in the lost and found. There were ONLY 3 SWEATSHIRTS there which I find incredibly HARD TO BELIEVE for such a busy venue. NEVER GOING BACK.
Nice place to enjoy , but when they do the balloon entertainment and the dancers should be done for the entire dance floor for all to enjoy and not hidden in one corner .
