Took my kids here while we were in town for a doctors appt. Kids love this place there's tons of games for them to play & run around to burn some energy in a safe environment. I love that they stamp the parents/kids with the same number & don't let you leave unless the numbers match. Prizes could be a little better for the kids but other then that it's a fun family place to take your kids. View all feedback.
We went with our kids to Chucky Cheese for fun. I give my review a 4/5 because the Pizza was fresh, hot and tasty. However the tables were dirty and we had to look around for a clean table, there was a lot of staff probably all under 25,which is probably why things were not cleaned. I went into the bathroom with my son and could not find a clean stall, We Waited until he got home to go, every stall was dirty, toilets full of paper and mess, pee all over the seats, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day ( we were there at 4 pm) you wonder how clean the kitchen is kept when the tables and bathroom are dirty. But like I said the pizza was tasty.
Very Good party Place for Kids .Well looked after .Clean washrooms even there were tons of kids unsupervised.Staff is Amazing

My granddaughter's 4th birthday was held at Chuck E. Cheese. We were lucky. It was a Friday and it was not too busy.The hostess, Leira, I think, I forgot her name, was excellent. She looked after everything and everyone. She was friendly and polite. She was very good with the little birthday girl. We had plenty of room. Our party was the only one there for a while.There were some families that dropped in for lunch and some playtime. They didn't interfere with us.The kids were occupied playing games with their tokens to collect tickets. A few adults were trying their hand at some games.The dollar store items go up to about 1000 tickets. Prizes worth 1500 - 2000 tickets were not too bad. But you need a lot of tokens - which you buy - to get that many tickets. We thought that our little birthday girl had enough tickets to get a decent prize, the hostess was very generous. But, they didn't add up to much.The food was good. Pizza, sandwiches, cake and ice cream. They got to take the left-overs home.The kids enjoyed the dances and hugs with Chucky when he came around. He did a special little birthday song with the birthday girl.Because only one other group came later, we were not rushed out. Stayed an extra hour.The place is clean. A week afternoon is obviously a good time to go there.
