Caffe Nero - Edinburgh
Menu
A complete menu of Caffe Nero from Edinburgh featuring all 3 menus and drinks can be found here on the list.
Caffe Nero at Edinburgh Waverley Station offers a cozy refuge for travelers with its delicious coffee and varied pastries. However, recent visits reveal a mix of experiences. While some patrons appreciate the efficient service and friendly staff, others report order inaccuracies and rudeness from employees. The environment, although warm and inviting, suffers from cramped seating and a lack of cleanliness during busy hours. Despite the challenges, those seeking a quick coffee before their train may still find it worthwhile, especially if they can overlook occasional service lapses. Improvements in staff training and order accuracy are recommended for an enhanced experience.

Friendly staff even when dealing with difficult voucher situs, asking how food/drink is unlike you'd expect at a franchise, this branch's team seem to have fun genuinely care, peaceful vibes with 2 plug outlets. To note: they only do takeaway boxes cups but you can sit in, no difference in price. Thank you/ Service: Dine in Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Caffe Nero:
Foul attitude off the lady and I knew from the start as I wasn’t quite sure the name of the iced coffee I would get the completely wrong coffee. Complete waste of a drink and money as I can’t drink sugary syrup drinks. I told her from the start, plain coffee and milk iced coffee!! I love these two g nero, especially because of the staff. it is so busy all the time and yet the employees are very polite and fast. Not to mention that this is the best coffee in the station. I also love their mandels and aprikosen croissants. I would not recommend sitting there, although it is always hectic. if they have some time before the train, they go outside the railway station to the market St-side, there are places more beautiful than the railway station with good coffee sitting.
Came here because the railway station was very busy and had to wait for my train. I myself work in a very busy station chain coffee shop, so I know how it is, but the personal member I was served was so rude that it really brought me back. I understand how stressful it is to work on such a place, but there is no need to snap at customers if there is not their fault they have heard something wrong. a mile
I am extremely frustrated with the waitress at Nero. I have always enjoyed Nero and considered it my favorite coffee spot, but today the waitress refused to warm up my almond croissant because of the almond filling. She suggested warming up a different croissant for me, but I specifically wanted the almond one. It is absurd that no one in Britain has ever refused to warm up my pastry for me before. I recommend that the manager at Nero trains their staff on how to properly handle customer requests and not make up their own rules.
