We ordered a table per post while we live in aschaffenburg. with whom please put a few flowers on the table for the birthday child. When we arrived there, the table was really nice. we were warmly welcomed. my mother was congratulated. the flowers were brought into a heart form and although they survived a week, long gone to aschaffenburg, they are still there. each of us had ordered something else. the grill plate, carving, baked cameembert, sweet and salads, as well as the sauces were simply super classy. the service is also a great and supernettes team and very to praise. very attentive and despite extreme stress really always friendly. we would like to thank everyone and recommend the domkrug in ckernförde in every hinsicht. even if we come back to farm villages, we are happy to come back as guests!

After a renovation work in her house, a friend had invited me to dinner. The tour went to Eckernförde where we chose the “Domkrug” she knew, but I did not. Since it started to drink easily, we didn't want to sit outside under the umbrellas. When we entered, we were greeted by the host standing behind the vault, and when we asked if we could get something too late (21:30) he replied: “May we!” Instead of accepting the table he proposed next to the entrance, my acquaintances pushed me into the back room, which also seemed much more comfortable to me. We took place at a table in the window, and immediately afterwards came a young service and gave us the menus. When asked our drinks I ordered a big special (0.4l for € 3.60, my acquaintance was a beer. The menu offers good-bourgeois cuisine and Schleswig-Holstein classics and of course fish. Most dishes are offered in two different sizes: “Normal” and “small portion”, which we both found very well. To this end, a “tourist supplement” must be accepted at the prices. After a few minutes our choice was fixed, and when the service came back to the table and served the drinks, my hosts ordered “Burnfilets, add butter and salad from the buffet” (10.50 € in the small version. I myself had eaten the excellent salmon in Bebra the day before, emptied me to meat. So I ordered “Grilled lamb fillet with bacon beans, with thyme sauce and roast” (22.80 € in the big version). The service thanked and stated that the salad could be selected as a plaice on the buffet itself. Then my companion went to the buffet with her salad and came to her salad. She had not eaten the salad since the main dishes were already served. Both plates looked good, the furskins and the three roasts were served separately. My companion was very happy about the tuber fillets as well as the Pellkartoffeln. On my plate I found three pieces lamb fillet, beautiful pink fried, very delicate and well seasoned, and also two bacon beans cuffs that were also very good. A few minutes later the operation came back to the table and wondered if everything was fine, what we would like to confirm. We enjoyed our food in the rustic ambience of the Domkrug. Conclusion: The Domkrug is not cheap, but the performance of kitchen and service is worth the price. You can definitely go back.
