I can’t rate this enough, myself and my mum had a spa day sauna afternoon tea and proseco and then. 25 min treatment Abbie who works at the spa is wonderful, from her communications, and the way she looks after you, she is a ver carding person that’s goes that bit further. They are lucky to have such a great member of staff The whole day was fantastic, I would really recommend this. View all feedback.

My daughter spend a large amount of money treating us both to Cranberries Spa day. Whilst the treatments were great, it was a shame that we spent a substantial amount of time apart as there was only one member of staff to do the treatments, so each of us spent a lot of time alone. We had a perfect, no-frills stay at Rustic 1. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was a small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The only things missing were milk and some shower gel toiletries. The food at the restaurant was tasty and served quickly, even with a large party. The hosts were friendly and offered great local knowledge. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you.
We chose Cranberries as our wedding venue for December 10th, 2022. Originally scheduled for May 2020, our plans were affected by COVID-19. Steve was incredibly accommodating in rescheduling our wedding date, and honored the 2020 prices for our 2022 event, which we greatly appreciated. All of our guests' bookings were seamlessly transferred to the new date. While we initially found the team to be a bit too laid back during the preparation process, a discussion helped to get things moving smoothly. Heidi was particularly helpful in assisting with catering decisions and ensuring that all guests with allergies were catered for. Sadly, the venue struggled to adequately heat the room during our wedding day, leading to discomfort for many guests, especially older individuals. Despite the cold weather, the staff were unable to provide hot drinks to warm up our guests, which was disappointing. The food served was delicious, with guests praising the tasty Christmas dinner and pudding. However, we found the staff to be somewhat disorganized and in need of stronger leadership during the event. Accommodation at the venue was lacking in terms of heating, but the comfortable beds and warm showers were appreciated. Many guests also noted the absence of standard in-room amenities such as tea and coffee. Overall, while Cranberries provided lovely food and a spacious venue, improvements are needed in terms of heating, staff organization, and accommodation amenities. Despite these issues, our wedding day was special and memorable.

We stayed here spontaneously on 7th May 2021. We found this little beauty on Brit Stops as we were touring the South West in our motorhome. We called up an hour before we arrived to see if they had space for two large motorhomes and they did. We are so glad they did. Their hospitality was great, they were helpful and really lovely. They popped us on a spot with beautiful views. We also had dinner here and the food was gorgeous! We had to sit outside due to the Covid Restrictions, it was really cold but they provided blankets to keep us warm. This was also a luxury retreat with a Spa and from what we saw of it, it looked superb! I wouldn't mind going back for a romantic stay if we're ever back this way. Thanks again for such a warm and welcoming stay.
I recently stayed at Cranberries in Devon and was extremely impressed. The rooms were stunning, the staff was friendly, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the grounds were beautiful.
