The Silos is an outstanding restaurant. The service is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Indigo offers delicious food with authentic spices, providing plenty of choices for both vegetarians and meat lovers. For vegetarians, there are several appetizers and three main course options. Indigo Kitchen is a true treasure for fans of Indian street food! I tried their samosas and was absolutely blown away by how incredible they were—the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spice level was just right. Every bite was a delightful explosion of taste! I'm eagerly looking forward to going back for more. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking authentic and delicious Indian street food.
I recently relocated to the Easley area from New Jersey, and I was quite disappointed with the dining options—until I discovered this gem! I've visited twice now, and each time has been amazing. The food is packed with flavor, and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend ordering two meals and an appetizer to share among 2-3 people, so you can sample a variety of dishes. You won’t be disappointed!
I cannot remember what I ordered, but I have to eat gluten free and the young man who helped me was so knowledgeable! I was ordering food to take home to Greenwood. When I arrived home, my husband and I shared the meal. We were both amazed at the flavor and tenderness of the chicken. Drove to Easley because I was craving something different after Thanksgiving and was not disappointed. It's at the Silos and the seating is outdoors or take away. I got there fairly early and it wasn't busy so the guy at the window was very happy to explain what they had and make suggestions. I got 3 phat rolls; chicken tikka, steak and falafel. The roll is a buttered Naan round. They each had different sauces and toppings, all were good. Personally I'd rank them falafel as the best, chicken tikka, and steak 3rd. I was disappointed they didn't have any lassi but maybe next time.
