I was a little frustrated to find that all of the hot food at Casey's was 1-3 hours past its prime by 6 pm. Other than that, it was an average dining experience.
I can't bear to visit this restaurant anymore. I love Caseys Pizza and often order it through the app. I used to go when the app told me my food would be ready, but it was never ready on time. I started giving it extra time, but even then, it was never ready. Today, I waited 20 minutes past the estimated time and it still wasn't ready. The same employees are always working, and they always have the same excuses. Another customer was waiting too and had a similar experience. When I asked how the app predicts wait times, I was told it doesn't factor in multiple orders. With only two orders - mine and the other person waiting - I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. One employee took a "smoke break" and came back to get his jacket because it was "too windy," then left again. The other customer finally received his order after a long wait, but I realized they hadn't even started on mine. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, laziness, and lack of accountability, I canceled my order and left. This issue needs to be addressed and fixed.
